The D4 is an advanced Digital Video Multiplex Recorder that provides a comprehensive video surveillance solution. Images can be copied to the internal CD-Writer for play back on a PC with a standard CD-ROM drive. The D4 also offers advanced features such as serial telemetry control, enabling the user to operate major dome cameras via optional keyboard; live and playback views of cameras using free network viewing software via a PSTN modem or a standard Ethernet connection; and RAID/JBOD support allowing extra terabytes of storage.
