Warranty           


We guarantee all our products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 365 days, unless otherwise specified, after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair, at our option, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration. Should we be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable amount of time, a refund of the purchase price less S & H charge will be made.

How to obtain factory service

  1. Original purchaser must fill out a warranty card which is enclosed in the package, except some minor parts which may not have card, and mail it to the address noted on the card.(In case the warranty card is not included in the package even though it is not a minor part, you should keep the original invoice.)
  2. Pack the unit carefully and safely with the original packaging materials and send it prepaid by insured parcel post to the factory address noted on the warranty page of the USER’S INSTRUCTION or call for address.
  3. If the unit is returned within the warranty period, please include a proof of purchase and a check of the amount described in the USER’S INSTRUCTION (or call for the amount) to cover the cost of return postage and handling. If the unit is out of warranty, an estimate of the repair cost and return postage and handling cost will be sent for advance approval.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, merchandise can be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund, excluding the shipping cost. Call us for instruction and RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please place this number on the SHIPPING LABLE ONLY. Much of the equipment that is sent back is new and in re-sellable condition. Anything written on the box compromises the new condition and may result in additional restock charges. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the original package is not maintained and if a copy of the invoice is not enclosed. This return policy will not apply to defects or damage resulting from; improper or inadequate maintenance or neglect by customer; customer-supplied parts; unauthorized modification or misuse; operation outside of the environmental specifications for the products; improper site preparation and maintenance; product which have been modified or incorporated into other products; use of other companies’ parts or accessories, either new or remanufactured. This unit should be mailed back prepaid by insured parcel post to PelikanCam. In addition to less S & H Charges, some returns are subject to restocking fee at our discretion.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the profession and use of any items purchased. Consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order. Check your local state law for audio recording.
