The MP8P is based on SurroundVideo® technology and offers panoramic views and cinema compatible high frame rates to allow real time high definition digital video surveillance. The MP8P delivers full motion progressive scan 1600 x 1200 video at 22 fps per channel featuring MegaVideo® image processing architecture capable of sustaining over 6 billion operations per second. The camera supports compliant Power-over-Ethernet (POE: see Specs for recommended models). Onboard real-time motion detection with size and sensitivity controls for up to 64 separate motion detection zones per channel. The MP8P surveillance system has the ability to zoom after the event from high resolution digital archives and simultaneously view zoomed & full field images.
