The housing is attached to the tilt table of the mount with the two (2) 1/4-20 x 1/2-inch screws (supplied).

The mount base has four 1/4-inch diameter holes. Mounting hardware supplied, but it may not be good for the wall you want to install the housing kit.
It is recommended to use proper fasteners depending on the material of the wall.
